Yes, this ooey, gooey yolk was as flawless in real life as in this photo.
Although my top two favorite foods are avocado and chocolate, eggs just might make the top three. That being said, sometimes I can get a little tired of scrambling the same old same old over and over again. To mix things up, I went with a sunny side up bagel. Avocado was present as well (of course).
The bagel complements the runny yolk perfectly; you can use it to wipe up some of that escaping yellow goodness!

- protein: sunny side up egg
- healthy fats: avocado
- plus: some melted cheddar cheese for flavor 🙂
